Words cannot express how wonderful an experience we had with James and his team at Raleigh Diamond and Fine Jewelry. I had an engagement ring and some other items that I was looking to sell. I initially reached out to them via their website at 9AM on a Sunday with just a simple inquiry. Not expecting it, I got a text saying they were closed but would get back to me as soon as they were back in. Forty-five minutes later, James, the owner, texted and after a few brief exchanges, we spoke on the phone about the ring (Diamond size, cut, color, etc.). We scheduled an appointment to meet with him at the store and I am so glad that we did. James and all of his staff were absolutely fantastic. James gave me a fair price on everything and took great care in explaining his reasoning process for the price. Whether you’re buying or selling, Raleigh Diamond and Fine Jewelry is THE place to go. James, you have customers for life right here. Oh, did I mention that they have a bar!?!?!

Great service, easy to find and park too! My ring looked beautiful when I picked it up after having it cleaned and rhodium plated. All the staff were very nice and helpful, too.

I cannot say anything better about this establishment. I shopped around quite a bit but once I walked in and talked to Nicola I knew I found the best place. On top of the excellent customer service they have the absolute best prices of anywhere I’ve been to. I would normally recommend shopping around but there’s truly nowhere better than Raleigh Diamond !
