Best experience ever!!! I wish I could give Raleigh Diamond more than 5 stars! From the first moment I walked in I felt welcomed and everyone was eager to help. I was shopping for an engagement ring and Challyndel helped me create a fantastic plan, even when I had a relatively short timeline for my proposal. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing of an experience me and fiancée had at Raleigh Diamond. When it comes time to purchase wedding bands or future jewelry gifts, I will be right back at Raleigh Diamond.

I went to 6 or 7 jewelry stores looking at settings for an engagement ring. The moment I stepped into Raleigh Diamond, I knew it was the place I was going to buy the ring from. The level of professionalism far exceeded any other jewelry store I've ever been to. The staff (especially Yanary!), the atmosphere, all the details in customer service - everything about it was impeccable. They shared in the excitement of the big occasion of buying an engagement ring. They helped make the process feel truly special and momentous, as buying an engagement ring should. The selection of rings themselves was vast, all of great quality. The ring was immaculate and they did an incredible job adding the center stone that we had provided to the setting. I tell everyone I know that they should go to Raleigh Diamond to get an engagement ring. You should, too!

I cannot say anything better about this establishment. I shopped around quite a bit but once I walked in and talked to Nicola I knew I found the best place. On top of the excellent customer service they have the absolute best prices of anywhere I’ve been to. I would normally recommend shopping around but there’s truly nowhere better than Raleigh Diamond !

I highly recommend Drea Lyman to assist you in finding your perfect piece of jewelry! She’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
